14 September Friday - 4:00pm- 5:30pm Sports Court Deck 11 Suggested attire color PINK (outside, water provided) 15 September Saturday - 8:00am – 9:30am – Sports Court Deck 11 Suggested attire color BLUE - (outside, water provided) 12:30 – 1:30pm – Late Risers = ZUMBA – CIRCUIT LOUNGE – (inside floor space limited, water provided) 16 September Sunday - 4pm- 6pm – ZUMBA - Sport Court Deck 11 - Suggested attire color RED (outside, water provided) Yoga Schedule: 15 September Saturday - 6:30am – 8:00am – Energy & Bliss – Sport Court Deck 11 - - Embark in Bliss/Ignite your Inner Fire = Commence your cruise experience with a 30 min Breathing practice that will bring you to the core center of your being stimulating clarity, energy & peace of mind. You will learn ancient breathing practices (pranayama) that will stimulate your "force centers" (chakras) and bring you to a state of energy and bliss. Progress to a standing flow of Yoga Postures based on the therapeutic practice of Ashtanga Yoga. This class will ignite inner your fire and prepare you for the following transforming experiences that will be offered by Lourdes Cordero YOGA. (Please bring a yoga MAT and pillow or blanket for meditation). Saturday - 3pm – 6pm – Sivananda Yoga Retreat Bahamas Make your way by foot or taxi to Elizabeth and Bay for boat transport to the retreat. - Ferry’s start at 3pm – 5 minute boat ride. – (tip appreciated). - BRING bathing suit and a change of clothes. - Use this time to explore the retreat. Swimming is available. 4pm – 6pm Sivananda Yoga Class - $10.00 payable at the retreat Saturday 10pm – 11pm - Healing Circle/Meditation – Sports Court Deck 11 Experience an Emotional Transformation! Come ready to release all your barriers, worries and limitations and be ready to welcome and receive all the GOODNESS that is available for you. Sometimes all we need is to learn to Let it Go! In this session we will become FREE of all our limitations and welcome our true desires once and for all. You will return from your cruise experience with purpose and direction. |

It is a demanding yoga practice that increases endurance while allowing you to stay tuned into your physical and mental needs and limitations. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary. You will learn modifications to suit your individual needs. There is nothing more refreshing for your mind than being able to look at a calm, freeing and serene natural landscape during your yoga practice.
